What's on offer
The College's faculty is selected on the basis of their academic and professional qualifications, as well as on their experience in teaching/lecturing. The faculty involved in the delivery of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses are approved by the relevant universities.
The primary focus of study is on Business/Management, Computing, Health & Social Care, Travel and Tourism and Hospitality Management at HND - Higher National Diploma and Degree level. Some Diploma courses are also available by Distance Learning, enabling students to complete their studies from the comfort of their home. The College reviews its course portfolio on a regular basis to ensure that it meets current trends and the requirements of its students.
The latest additions are the BSc final year top-up courses in Health & Social Care and Hospitality & Tourism Management. All the HNDs lead to the final one year top up degree courses in the respective disciplines.
Ok, still doing course so not sure what is in it in totality but if it is just those few icons with a few short lessons in each then this is very poor value for just an online unmarked course! For what you get maybe about half of the price would be ok!
A difficult topic broken down to a level which made it easy to take in. The scenarios really helped bring it to life and I liked the option available to drill down and find out additonal information if I wanted to. The navigation was a little confusing as the main menu wasn't very distinctive, so at first I wasn't sure if I'd viewed all of the content.
Very good teachers, and very good level of learning. I highly recommend The City College.
