If you are looking for a course in the agriculture sector, Hadlow College should be the first place you look. A specialist, land-based college that covers everything from sheep husbandry to tractor driving, if you want to learn outside in beautiful surroundings, this is the classroom for you. With over two thousand full-time and higher education students, the college caters for all learners. In addition, over a 1000 part time students visit the college each year. The stunning green campuses have made us (quite literally), green with envy; if you love being outdoors, you’ll quickly fall in love with Hadlow.
We offer a large range of courses to suit the needs of many different students. You may have just finished school and are considering what to do next. Alternatively you could be considering a career change, or possibly want to turn a hobby into something more.
Whatever the reason, we are confident that we can help. By choosing us, you will benefit from over 80 years knowledge of the land-based industries, exceptional facilities which are continually being improved and added to, as well as a passion for excellence in everything we do.
Our main Hadlow campus lies in the heart of the picturesque Kent countryside, yet within easy reach of central London and the coast. Surrounded by farms and fields on the edge of a pretty Kentish village, you won't find a more charming place to spend your time.
Other campuses include Canterbury ,which is fully equipped to deliver the same high standard of education as the main Hadlow site; Mottingham, which provides land-based education on the outskirts of London and our Greenwich campus, part of the London 2012 Olympic legacy with completely bespoke facilities, taking full advantage of its unique heritage.
Going to college can be a daunting experience. To help you settle in and enjoy your time with us, we offer a wide range of support. This was recognised during our last Ofsted Residential Care Inspection when the College once again achieved a Grade 1 'Outstanding' with no recommendations for the guidance and support offered by all staff.
Hadlow College work together with Ashford College and West Kent College to provide high quality Apprenticeships training across the South East.
An Apprenticeship is a mix of work experience with your employer and study time at College to achieve a recognised work-related qualification. You'll earn a wage and benefit from the same rights as other employees (work hours and holidays) whilst gaining valuable skills and experience.
